Fleisch 41 is a kosher deli on Arthur Godfrey Road in Miami Beach, selling smoked and cured meats by the sandwich, the half pound, or on platters for events. The counter cures its own pastrami, brisket, corned beef, salami and turkey, piling them onto rolls as the Smoked Pastrami Sandy, Brined Turkey Sandy and Bubbys Brisket Sandy. Sides run to coleslaw, potato salad and pickles in brine, and the kitchen turns out a heimish cholent alongside a Passover menu each spring. Platters scale from ten to twenty mixed sandwiches with condiments packed separately, for pickup or delivery Tuesday through Friday.
