Inside Hotel Haya on Ybor City's E 7th Avenue, Flor Fina runs a coastal menu pulling from Cuban, Italian, Spanish, and Mediterranean traditions under Chef Eric McHugh. A wood-fired seafood tower anchors the raw bar, with a tableside ceviche sampler over seaweed with dry ice and paella, an agua de sandia ceviche with tuna, pomelo, and Thai basil, and a chorizo meatball sando finished with manchego on ciabatta. Lunch runs Tuesday-Friday, dinner runs Tuesday-Saturday evenings, and weekend brunch fills the gap in between both. Diners keep pointing to the room's redesign and the from-scratch cocktail program as reasons to return.
