Founded by Michelle Weeks in 2012, this Miami food truck runs on Bahamian roots folded into American comfort food. Conch, shrimp and fish dishes sit alongside chicken and waffles, plus a rotation of baked goods and a closely guarded secret punch regulars order on sight. The truck built its name working Miami festival and pop-up circuit, drawing lines that reportedly outlasted every other vendor at the events it worked. It still caters private functions on request and delivers through third-party apps around the city. Loyal customers describe it as comfort food with an island accent, made fast and made fresh.
