FOUR BROTHERS ITALIAN KITCHEN – Restaurant

Four Brothers opened in Lake Worth in 1973 and has run from its Forest Hill Boulevard address since the early eighties, a neighborhood Italian-American room where the pizza oven works as hard as the kitchen. The menu is broad and familiar: hot and cold antipasti, soups and garden salads, calzones and heroes, baked pastas, and the veal, chicken and seafood plates that anchor any proper red-sauce house. Pies go out for delivery all evening. Regulars talk about portions that defeat them and a bill that never surprises. Old-school, in the best sense of it.
