The Caserta pizzaiolo's first restaurant outside Italy, set down on NE 27th Street in Wynwood; Martucci was named world's best pizza chef for 2025 by the 50 Top Pizza guide, and his flagship I Masanielli stands behind the whole enterprise. Pizza here is a multi-course argument about fermentation — ultra-light long-fermented dough, and his signature pizza a due temperature, fried and then finished in the oven for two textures in one slice. Look for Assoluto di Pomodoro, Le 7 Consistenze della Cipolla, Pepperoni Secondo Martucci. There is a tasting menu, and lobster fettuccine if pizza is not enough.
