A pop-up that built a following before it ever had an address, now settled into a room on East Flagler Street in downtown Miami and open evenings only, Wednesday through Sunday. The pizza is ultra-thin and tavern-cut, cheese pushed edge to edge: the Carmalita carries seasoned tomatoes, two mozzarellas, pecorino Romano, basil and olive oil, while the Demon Pig Boy goes pickled hot peppers, pepperoni, Calabrian chili oil and parmesan. Salads and a handful of extras round it out. Short menu, long queue. Book ahead.
