Order it grilled, broiled, steamed, blackened or fried, or work the raw bar first. The fried seafood combo and the firecracker shrimp anchor the menu, the catch-of-the-day taco moves with the boats, and there is a mahi mahi sandwich for lunch. Not a seafood-only room either: an eight-ounce Black Angus sirloin, pasta, chicken and an Angus burger cover the rest of the table. Stuart seafood, cut close to the source.
