Part market, part bistro, on SE 6th Street in downtown Miami and open around the clock Friday into the weekend. The menu leans Venezuelan and then keeps going: a criollo breakfast of eggs, black beans, white cheese, shredded beef and an arepa; the reina pepiada arepa; the Best Friend's cachapa with churrasco and egg; a Parrilla Friend's mixed grill for the table. After that, Belgian blueberry waffles, margherita and pistachio pizzas, a full bar and serious coffee. Breakfast, dinner and three in the morning all happen in the same room.
