FUJISAN ASIAN BISTRO – Restaurant

A sushi bar and Asian bistro on Forest Hill Boulevard in Wellington, small and comfortable inside with booths and a patio for the cooler months. The menu spreads wide — rolls, teriyaki, tempura, ramen, rice bowls — with seared tuna over crispy rice and the Godzilla roll drawing the most attention. Diners talk about how fresh the fish tastes and how well the rice is seasoned, and about staff who guide newcomers through the raw list without any fuss. Big menu, small room, easy to become a regular.
