The base is made fresh daily and built on ingredients sourced at origin — Bronte pistachios from Sicily, Langhe hazelnuts from Piedmont, Valrhona chocolate — into Stracciatella, Amarena, Pistacchio and Nocciola, with dairy-free sorbetti churned from real fruit and nothing artificial. Espresso, cannoli and pastries fill out the counter.
