Giordano's has been building the same pie since 1974: a flaky golden crust sealed over a deep layer of Wisconsin mozzarella and toppings, baked slowly enough that carryout takes the better part of an hour, which tells you it is the real thing. Thin-crust and tavern-style are there for the impatient, alongside lasagna, rigatoni, mozzarella triangles, wings and an oversized skillet cookie. Full bar, delivery to nearby hotels.
