Italian cooking on SW 8th Street in Miami with a genuine Argentinian streak running through it: chorizos with the chef's fries, provoleta over grilled eggplant and roasted peppers, an entrana grilled and sent out with fries and salad. The Italian side holds its own with short rib ravioli in porcini sauce, mezzaluna di granchio, linguine alle vongole, zuppa di mare, veal osso bucco and filet mignon alla Roquefort. Open late every night of the week. Two traditions that turn out to get along fine.
