A rooftop restaurant and lounge in downtown Miami that only opens after dark - doors at six, Wednesday through Sunday, and on weekends it runs until three in the morning. The kitchen blends French technique with Asian flavours and Mediterranean warmth, and the bar is a genuine part of the pitch: handcrafted cocktails, champagne, caviar service. A private room called the Dream Room handles smaller parties. Dinner that turns into a night out.
