A scratch kitchen in Lakeland's Dixieland that ran breakfast and lunch and treated vegan cooking as a craft rather than a concession. The kitchen made its own seitan sausage, its own sauces, its own biscuits and gravy; alongside those came a fried chicken sandwich people argued about, poke bowls, carnitas tacos and veggie burritos, with gluten-free options threaded throughout. A wood deck out back took the overflow. Diners consistently praised the freshness and the size of the portions. Listings now report the location as closed.
