GOOGAN COFFEE SHOP – Restaurant

Named for the Florida fishing slang aimed at whoever has no idea what they are doing at the boat ramp — and leaning into it completely. This veteran-owned Stuart shop pours locally roasted coffee under nautical names: the Square Knot cinnamon latte with honey and vanilla, the Barrel Knot with honey and lavender, the Half Hitch mocha coconut, a Figure 8 hazelnut white mocha. Alongside them sits a lineup of bright energy drinks called things like Riptide and Shark Bite. Breakfast and baked goods are made fresh daily, and a mobile trailer handles catering. Two shops, one very committed theme.
