A counter-service juice bar and healthy kitchen tucked into a Doral office park, built for the weekday crowd who want lunch that doesn't flatten the afternoon. Protein waffles and all-day breakfast up front; quinoa arepas, whole-wheat empanadas, pressed paninis and build-your-own wraps and salads through the middle; cold-pressed juices, green smoothies, protein shakes and wellness shots on the way out. The vegan side is properly worked out, not an afterthought. Order at the counter, take a stool in the lounge at the back. Regulars praise the breadth of the menu and the speed.
