Grill Point has been carving shawarma on Main Street in Flushing since 2003, and the spit is still the center of gravity — lamb, chicken and turkey, shaved to order under kosher supervision. Around it sits the full Israeli grill repertoire: baby chicken and kofta kebabs, schnitzel, arais stuffed with ground beef, Moroccan cigars, falafel, and a table of salads and dips that arrives before you've decided anything. Fridays bring chulent and stuffed peppers for the Shabbat rush. Diners return for consistency more than novelty; the grill work lands the same way every visit. Queens kosher, done straight.
