The kitchen runs on 100% organic ingredients with no GMOs, preservatives or processed sugar: small-batch soups, fresh-spun salads, sandwiches and wraps, gluten-free baked goods, cold-pressed juices made to order, smoothies and fair-trade coffee, with herbs and vegetables coming off the rooftop garden.
