Eleven-odd years on Highway 27 and still no buffet: Guru Indian Restaurant would rather cook your plate to order. Chef Uday Kadam's family-run Clermont kitchen works the northern Indian repertoire, with vegetarian, vegan and halal options threaded right through the menu rather than exiled to a corner of it. The chicken tikka masala is what regulars order and what they talk about afterwards, and the rest of the tandoori and curry list holds up beside it. Doors stay open from late morning to late evening, seven days. Made to order, priced without drama.
