Junior is the Talbiye group's pizzeria: a small, diner-scale Jerusalem room turning out big pies with genuinely unusual toppings. Butter chicken with coriander and lemon. Bacon with glazed pumpkin and pecans. A vegetarian one loaded with spinach, asparagus, pumpkin and roasted peppers. Tortellini filled with pistachio and basil turns up too, in olive oil with leek and cherry tomato. A young neighbourhood crowd, music on, families welcome, delivery running. Not kosher. Pizza with an actual idea behind it.
