HACHI – Restaurant

Downtown Lake Worth, on Lake Avenue, a kitchen that refuses to pick a lane — Thai, Japanese and Korean under one roof, with a ramen bowl when the evening calls for it. The sushi list runs from workhorse spicy tuna to the specialty dragon roll; the Thai side handles pad thai and green curry with a proper hand on the heat. It stays open late into the evening, later still on weekends. Diners return for the breadth of the menu and the freshness of the fish. A lot of ground to cover, and it covers it.
