Hai Poké – Japanese
Sunlight streams into this vibrant, island-inspired eatery where the air is bright with the scent of fresh citrus and toasted sesame. Guests build their own tropical escapes with bowls of pristine, hand-cut fish tossed in zesty marinades and layered with a colorful array of crisp vegetables and creamy accents. Each bite offers a refreshing harmony of textures and bold, clean flavors that transport the palate straight to the shores of the Pacific.
