HI POT – Restaurant

Hi Pot brought Taiwanese hot pot to the FIU end of Miami in 2018, and its trick is the individual pot - no fighting over a communal cauldron, everyone builds their own. More than ten broths are on offer, from shacha beef and cilantro lamb to a cheese-milk pot, all customisable with beef and lamb slices, shrimp, fish roe balls and whatever else you pile in. Ramen runs alongside, tonkotsu and the house signature, with boba tea to finish. Diners keep noting how much food arrives for the price and how attentive the floor staff are.
