German Corner on Cleveland Avenue is Hans Achim's small Fort Myers dining room, run the way he ran the Bavarian Haus in Mount Dora before it — schnitzel hand-pounded to order, everything built from scratch behind a very short pass. The Wiener Schnitzel is veal, breaded and pan-cooked; the Jägerschnitzel comes under mushroom sauce; dessert is homemade Apfelstrudel or Quarkstrudel with vanilla sauce and ice cream.
