The Hollywood Donut Factory is a family-run South Florida donut shop that hand-makes everything fresh each morning, over a hundred varieties in rotation including Boston cream, Bavarian cream, chocolate dip and seasonal pumpkin. It is a full breakfast-and-lunch operation besides: egg-and-cheese sandwiches, three-egg omelettes, pancakes, waffles, biscuits and gravy, then subs, wraps, salads, burgers and Hebrew National hot dogs. Coffee is Illy, poured as espresso, cappuccino, cold brew and nitro. Doors open at six. The donuts bring people in; the griddle is why they stay.
