A Honduran kitchen on Tampa's north side that keeps the griddle going long after the rest of the block has shut - service runs from late morning into the small hours. Baleadas are the centerpiece: a thick handmade tortilla loaded with beans, crema, queso fresco, avocado and steak, with a bar attached for anyone staying a while. Carne a la plancha and sopa de marisco anchor the bigger plates. What diners repeat most is the sheer size of a baleada here and how little it costs. Late, unpretentious and properly Honduran.
