Huey Magoo's started in Orlando in 2004 and still sells only the tenderloin - the top three percent of the bird, in its own words - hand-breaded and fried or marinated overnight for the grill. The five-piece meal with fresh-cut chips is the standard order; Tender Bites, the Magoo's Wrap and the Buffalo Salad cover the rest. Handcrafted Magoo's sauce is the thing people plan the meal around. Diners repeatedly single out the seasoning and the juiciness. Lemonade, sweet tea, no fuss.
