HUMO BODEGON – Restaurant

An Argentine bodegón attached to a warehouse full of vintage Ferraris — North Miami Beach at its most improbable. Humo works a grill, a smoker and a truck out front, and the parrilla fires up at four: ribs, chorizo, morcilla, entraña, churrasco. Earlier in the day it is sandwich territory, including a beef milanesa, a brisket, and a Gran Chivito loaded with steak, ham, gouda, bacon, roasted peppers and eggs. Hearty portions, zero pretension, the bodegón tradition left intact. Closed Sundays; the fire handles the rest.
