HUNAN WOK – Restaurant

Hunan Wok is a carry-out Chinese kitchen on Mobile Highway, west of downtown Pensacola, where the egg rolls are folded by the owner's own hands. Orange chicken comes crisp under a sweet-tangy glaze, General Tso's sauce gets applied to shrimp as well as chicken, and honey chicken covers the sweeter end of the counter. Egg drop soup and the stir-fry board do the rest, with vegetarian plates marked throughout, and the hours run late seven days a week. Nothing here is trying to reinvent the form. It is trying to get your dinner right.
