Eight flavored crusts — butter, butter cheese, asiago, ranch, cajun, sesame, garlic herb, Italian herb — are applied at order, and regulars have strong opinions about which. The rest is dependable: specialty pizzas including the Howie Special, loaded with pepperoni, ham, mushrooms, green peppers and red onions, plus the Meat Eaters, and calzone-style oven-baked subs folded from pizza dough. Howie Bread, wings, salads and dessert fill out the box. Consistency, price and speed are the notes customers hit again and again. Straight-ahead pizza with a hook.
