Drift Kitchen + Bar sits right on the sand at Jensen Beach, walls of glass pointed at the Atlantic, and it runs from seven in the morning until late. Executive chef Jeffrey Armusik cooks American classics with a seafood core and a genuine Italian streak: crab-crusted grouper is the dish guests ask for by name, alongside house-made pasta, flatbreads and a burrata caprese. Breakfast means Belgian waffles and omelettes with the sunrise. Happy hour lands at three, dinner at five, and the pool bar covers everything in between. The ocean does half the work; the kitchen holds up its end.
