The Miami room of an international Northern Chinese group with siblings in Hong Kong, London and Dubai, set in Brickell with a bar, an open-air terrace and a taste for spectacle. The Peking duck is the event: three days in preparation under chef Martin Mak, then carved at your table in a burst of flame. Around it, fiery Pan-Northern cooking and Sichuan heat — Red Lantern crispy lobster, dim sum, bao. There's a set Emperor dinner if you'd rather be led, and a bottomless bao brunch at weekends. Dress for it. This is a night out, not a dinner.
