Arizona's largest glatt kosher market and deli runs two traditions across one counter on East Glendale Avenue. On the Ashkenazi side: corned beef and pastrami sandwiches, roast brisket, chicken matzo ball soup, kugels and Pas Yisroel challah in several styles. On the Sephardic: chicken shawarma, falafel, beef burekas, kibbeh and Moroccan beef cigars, with schnitzel, shish kabob and freshly ground burgers alongside.
