INDIAN BISTRO – Restaurant

One of the Tampa Bay area's longer-running family-run Indian kitchens, trading since 2007 and settled at the Clearwater Mall end of Gulf to Bay Boulevard since 2022. The menu holds to the classics and does them properly: curries built on time-honoured recipes, tandoori off the grill, and biryani layered with long-grain rice. Dine in, take out or have it delivered — the room handles all three without much ceremony. Open late every night of the week. Familiar food, done by people who have been doing it a long while.
