IRONSIDE CAFE – Restaurant

Tucked into the Miami Ironside complex on the upper east side, this daytime cafe sits in a courtyard of jungle trees, climbing vines and exotic plants, with a Thierry Noir Berlin Wall sculpture for company. The cooking is organic Mediterranean and openly health-minded: avocado toast, acai bowls, sandwiches such as mushroom with ricotta and mixed greens, and cold-pressed juices like a spinach, pineapple, mango and banana detox. Compostable packaging throughout, seed oils out. Open 8:30 to 4 daily, and best taken slowly under the canopy.
