Brisket, pulled beef and burnt ends go out by the half-pound, and the rib list runs dino ribs, back ribs, lamb ribs and Thai sticky ribs. There is a taqueria section too - pulled beef tacos, smoked brisket tacos, chimichangas - plus pulled beef egg rolls and a smoked fried chicken sandwich.
