Jerusalem Pizza – Restaurant
A kosher dairy pizza counter in Sherwood Square on Greenfield Road, cooking cholov Yisroel and pas Yisroel under the supervision of Detroit's Council of Orthodox Rabbis. The specialty pies are where it gets interesting: Sephardic with baked eggplant, feta, cucumber and red onion; Kishke with black pepper, onion and spinach; Potato with cheddar and rosemary; Falafel finished with tehina. Beyond the pizza there are calzones, eggplant parmesan, vegetarian chicken parmesan and full catering pans for a simcha. A sister shop, Jerusalem Bagel, bakes inside the West Bloomfield JCC. Vegetarian, unfussy, and built around the neighbourhood table.
