JOSIE'S PIZZA AND WINGS – Restaurant

Two things on the sign and both get equal billing: pizza, hand-tossed in the New York style, and wings ordered by the ten or the twenty. Josie's fills out the rest with appetizers and salads, subs and calzones, pastas and a kids' menu, and sells its specialty pies in twelve-, fourteen- and seventeen-inch. Delivery and pickup run late into the evening, which is when most of it goes out the door. Simple formula, executed nightly.
