Juju – Japanese
Bathed in the warm glow of glowing embers, Juju celebrates the ancient art of the grill with skewered yakitori kissed by the clean, intense heat of binchotan charcoal. The experience unfolds through an elegant omakase journey where smoky, charred flavors find their perfect match in the botanical complexity of artisanal Japanese cocktails.
