JUZE sits right on the water at Bangrak in Bophut, where the sunset lands on the bay and Samui's inbound flights drop in low over the room. The kitchen works surf and turf: local seafood and premium cuts with rubs and sauces chosen at the table, fresh oysters, salmon, bone marrow, slow-cooked ribs, mac and cheese.
