KCHOBEE BOCA – Restaurant
Chef Aviad Ballaish opened his second Kosher Chobee on Powerline Road in Boca Raton, carrying over the globally minded, meat-forward cooking that made the West Palm Beach original. Homemade pastrami anchors the menu; Korean short ribs with sweet yams and cauliflower puree show where else it wanders. A few vegetarian plates round things out, and the drinks list is a real one - cocktails, craft beer, Israeli and American wines. Around forty seats inside, forty more out, reconfigurable for a group. Glatt kosher under ORB supervision, and full service in a market short of it.
