The Florida Keys chocolatier that scoops as seriously as it tempers brought its pink-and-green counter north to Northlake Boulevard. Truffles are the anchor — hand-crafted in the company's Key Largo kitchen, a hard shell giving way to a soft ganache centre — alongside salted caramels, chocolate-dipped pretzels and key lime macaroons. The freezer side runs to about twenty flavours, from double fudge brownie and butter pecan to pistachio and ube, and key lime pie on a stick bridges the two halves of the shop. Chocolate first.
