Kiwami builds its bowls without MSG and lets the pork stock carry the weight: Kiwami Tonkotsu, spicy miso, and a curry ramen that leans warm and sweet rather than sharp. The sushi side holds its own with the Kiwami Special Roll, the Dynamite Roll, and tuna and salmon bowls cut clean and stacked over rice. Diners come back for noodles with real bite and rolls that arrive looking composed rather than assembled. Port Charlotte does not have many rooms like this. It should.
