The waterfront half of the Kuba Cabana operation sits at Bayside Marketplace with Biscayne Bay right outside, and the menu leans into it: a raw bar of daily oysters, tuna tartare, octopus carpaccio and wagyu carpaccio, plus two signature ceviches — the corvina Kubiche and the mixed-seafood Kubiche Carretillero. Behind the cold plates run Cuban classics, rice dishes, sandwiches and larger mains, so a table can go either way. Same contemporary Latin instincts as the Doral room, more sea breeze. Order the ceviche and watch the boats go out.
