A father-and-son project that has been putting a European accent on Hialeah since 2014. La Bodeguita reads Spanish-Cuban: tapas to start, croquetas made in house, sausage the kitchen cures itself, then ribeye off the grill and pollo a la milanesa for the bigger appetites. The cellar is the other half of the argument, with more than a hundred wines and a deep bench of craft beer. Live music runs most of the week and the room leans social rather than hushed. Diners keep circling back to the croquetas and the steak. Order tapas, stay late.
