The rotisserie birds come by the quarter, half or whole; beyond them the kitchen cooks Peruvian-Latin staples including lomo saltado, pollo saltado, criollo and fried fish, ceviches and chupe de mariscos, plus bowls and fried rice for a faster lunch. Regulars cite value and consistency ahead of anything else. Nothing precious about it, and that is the appeal.
