A cafeteria in Doral's warehouse belt that opens at five in the morning and is shut by four, feeding the early shift and then the lunch rush. The cooking is Cuban and plain-spoken: lechon asado off the barbecue, bistec de palomilla, pechuga a la plancha, fried snapper filet, each arriving with its sides. Soups, croquetas and a cubano at the sandwich end; fresh-squeezed orange juice by the glass; flan to finish. It fills at noon for reasons that become obvious once the plate lands. Cheap, fast, genuinely good.
