A Little Havana counter where twenty dollars still buys a proper meal, and the best seat is the ventanita window facing the street. The pupusas are the reason to come — the revuelta packed with chicharrón, or loroco and cheese — served with the sharp cabbage slaw that does the work the pupusa deliberately doesn't. Cubanos and a few seafood plates widen the Latin range, and a colada gets shared across the counter. Breakfast and lunch are its hours and its temperament. Cheap, fast, and better than it has any need to be.
