Find the corner in the industrial stretch between Doral and Medley and you have found the rotisserie. La Esquina del Lechon builds everything around Cuban-style roasts - slow-turned pork, chicken and beef finished with house sauces, and whole roast pig to order for anyone feeding a crowd. Pan con lechon on house-baked bread is the everyday version; punta trasera estilo venezolano widens the map a little. Guava-and-cheese pastelitos come out crisp and golden. Open from seven in the morning, closed Sundays. A roast house, first and last.
