LA FERNETERIA – Restaurant

Nine floors above Wynwood, reached by private elevator, La Ferneteria brought its Buenos Aires playbook to Miami: roughly 7,000 square feet of mostly open-air seating with the skyline doing the decorating. The signature is Provoleta La Ferne, provolone flambeed in Fernet. Beyond it, handmade pasta, a ten-layer lasagna, fettuccine al tartufo nero, tagliolini frutti di mare and a New York steak au poivre. The bar programme matters as much as the kitchen here.
